Lisa Bailey-Davis, DEd, RD, is an Associate Professor of Population Health Sciences and the Associate Director of the Center for Obesity & Metabolic Research at Geisinger, a large integrated health system in rural Pennsylvania. She is also a registered dietitian. Dr. Bailey-Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science at the Pennsylvania State University, a master’s degree in Nutrition Education at Immaculata College, and a doctorate in Adult Education at Penn State. She is also faculty in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Penn State. Dr. Bailey-Davis’ leads multi-level research for obesity prevention and treatment and has published over 60 related papers
